Controle de Posição de um Motor Linear de Primário Curto em Sistemas de Transporte e Processamento de Materiais

O potencial de utilização do motor linear de primário curto em sistemas de transporte e processamento de cargas e materiais é grande, em particular com movimentações que envolvem vários veículos em percursos longos, com alta velocidade, e que requerem muita repetição e precisão na colocação final. A automação de almoxarifados, farmácias e indústrias são as aplicações imediatas deste sistema de transporte. Para implementar esse sistema de transporte, um motor linear foi concebido para operar como motor síncrono ou assíncrono, já que o custo do transporte em longo percurso é reduzido utilizando-se um secundário em gaiola plana ou em placa de reação, ao invés do uso de imãs permanentes. Este artigo tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de uma estratégia de controle da posição do primário (veículo), a fim de se obter uma regulação de velocidade sem oscilações. Um algoritmo de controle será desenvolvido para ambos os modos de operação, e utiliza a técnica de controle orientado pelo campo. Além disso, será detalhado o comportamento do motor linear no momento da transição entre os modos de operação síncrono e assíncrono. Por fim, diversos testes foram executados para a validação da eficácia da estratégia de controle utilizada.
